Was at the Qatar Auto show last week. They had the S class coupe on display

It's looks very futuristic IMO. Like when I see the R129 SL for the first time in the 1990 . Didn't know I will drive the R129 in 2010.

The rear is not like Mercedes like but it looks good in person.

This could be my next car an a couple of years time,,,, many comment on the rear, often those that love the CLS, and I hate the CLS

I really love the matte/satin finishes they do on the concept cars. I'd love for that to be offered on production models. Really gives it a sleek, futuristic look.

Cars under artificial lighting look very different to when in sunlight, Yes it looks wonderful, but could that color have been chosen for the exhibition lighting.

That's true. A few years back I saw a matte gray CLS outdoors and it still looked fantastic.
