Sudden power loss

I have an 07 CL 550 and at times there is a sudden power loss that occurs. Usually midway through the warm up stage. You dont feel anything that would indicate something has happened but you hit the gas and there simply isnt any power. I shift to neutral and back to drive and power returns. I have DAS and there are no tranny codes or engine codes so this one is elusive. I did the trans adaptations and my shift quality is better but the issue is still there. Im thinking trans control module (conductor plate) may be going bad but I would be seeing some codes. I also thought maybe there is something going on in the ABS/ESP but also no codes. Its made my car a danger to drive as you need to count on there being full power when getting on the road with heavy traffic coming at you. Any ideas?

Well I see no ideas but after thinking about the issue, I think it is most likely the TPS / Gas pedal. Tonight I cleaned the connector with some contact spray and I see improvement so I ordered a gas pedal on ebay. I will keep this posted for those few who care to know what fixed it in the end.
