Rear wind deflector question

I'm looking for a wind deflector for my 2000Clk 430 Cab. I see 2 types listed. There is a deflector screen that goes right behind the front seats and there is deflector pull out shade. My car has a pull out screen/shade under the back seat but I don't see where it hooks to. Do these two fit together somehow? I've never seen them in person but I did have one on a BMW that flipped up and down. Can anyone explain how they fit on the car?

The pull out/bottom shade connects to the wind screen into a little tray, making the car a two seater, or the backseats become storage. The pull out shade and the wind deflector are standard for the car. Many are missing as the Wind deflector is typically stored outside of the car as it takes up unnecessary space in the boot/trunk. I purchased mine from eBay and it does give the car a different look.

Thanks. I just purchased the top deflector on ebay. I assume the pull out will fit into it somehow. I didn't know they were standard. I thought they were an option. MB wants over $1400 for a new one.

Looking at the owners manual it does list it as optional so you are probably correct. The manual provides installation instructions with pictures on pages 164-169 it is straightforward. If you need the manual instructions let me know.

Thanks for that info. I have the manual on pdf and you made it easy to find. Now that I see the diagram, I understand how it works. It has 2 pull out shades. Waiting for mine from ebay.
