2016 E550 Convertible - Anti Freeze Smell

I have a 2016 E550 convertible with 24K miles that has a persistent anti freeze smell. The car has been to the dealer 8 times where they've changed the anti freeze reservoir twice and turbo coolant line, but the smell remains. While it does seem to be isolated to the passenger side there are no evident drips or leaks. MB has pressure tested the system at each visit and can't find the source of the smell. On the last visit they said we were going to have to live with the smell as this is how the car naturally vents itself. Hard to believe to say the least, has anyone has a similar experience?

Interesting, because I sometimes observe a similar smell in my E200 Cab.

In my case it's an occasional thing, and it doesn't concern me too much, because if it was an issue, I expect that I'd notice it in terms of needing to top up my coolant levels from time to time, but that's not something that I've had to do.
