Replacing E350 Wood Trim

How easy or difficult is it to replace the wood trim panels on the doors and above the glove compartment? Mine (E350 2010) have either warped or fell off.

Can these be purchased separately at a reasonable price? And from where? Should the replacement be done professionally or can this be done by an amateur? I confess that I actually broke one of them as I tried to peel it out

Look at the attached picture to figure out what I mean if it is not clear.

My 2011 E350A Cabriolet had the same problem on the drivers door----It was fixed under warrantee-------now the panel over the glove box is loose on one side---I am not sure if these are glued or snap in. Disapointed in Quality in this aspect of the car. Good luck---I look forward to responses on your post for reference.
