Question Bearing replacement without new hub

After 120K miles my e350 needs new bearings, after reading some posts and checking WIS it seemed like the hole wheel hub had to be replaced to the tune of 260 DLLS per side.
Mercedes w211 w219 w230 OEM Front Wheel Hub + Bearings GENUINE on eBay!
I was reluctantly ready to purchase the hubs but when I googled the part number 230 330 03 25 a meyle bearing kit came up
IMC 230 330 03 25 MY Front Wheel Bearing | eBay
It seems like these would work (60 DLLS per side) but since it’s a perfect fit or no fit kind of thing I have to ask.
Has anyone used them before? Is the fit good? Does the seal include the magnets?
Also how tight is the OEM race fit? is a hydraulic press needed to install/remove?
