Question C-300 Service B

I purchased a loaner C-300 in May 2018 with 9,000 miles. Service A was performed by the dealership. A year later (May 2019) and only 2,000 additional miles (total 11,000 miles), the car is indicating to perform service B. The major work in service B is oil/filter change and the rest is fluid level check and cabin air filter and its costs about $650.00. My questions is "Can I just do the oil change at the dealer ship and the rest by another les expensive mechanic? By doing that am I jeopardizing the warranty coverage?

I will really appreciate your input. Thanks
