The MAF harness is available new from the dealer. Lists 140-ish. Fits both w140, and r129 V12s.

I always run the wires in this heatshield to prevent future deterioration of the wire insulation.

FYI, Parts hub is the cheapest for actual MB parts anywhere. They beat my two dealers that sell to me at Whole-Sale-Prices. MB Parts Hub is 15% to 20% cheaper than any my past sources.
