Two years ago I built a shop using ICF construction with an insulated floor and spray foamed the underside of the roof. It is 3600 sq ft total, two story with hydronic heated concrete floor. The woodshop is the top floor and the lower shop is for turning wrenches. I put in a 10,000 lb two post lift. It lifts my 2016 Ram Laramie Longhorn diesel without even grunting (well maybe a little). A waste oil heater heats it for free. It is R-50 insulated so the heater rarely comes on once it gets to temp.
Love it! Love it! Love it!!! No more transmissions on my chest while my brother drags me from under the car on a gravel driveway lol! Also I do not miss the transmission oil baths!
