By registering as a BenzWorld.org member, you
agree to the following:
General
You acknowledge that by accepting this Membership Agreement and completing
the registration process, you are becoming a member of BenzWorld.org. You
understand that BenzWorld.org includes message boards, chat areas and/or other
communication tools designed to enable member-to-member or member-to-site
interactivity for recreational and informational purposes. For the purposes of
this Membership Agreement, the term "your Postings" means your
postings on the BenzWorld.org forums, as well as any other content you
provide within chats or otherwise within BenzWorld.org.
Membership Agreement
As a member, you will be subject to this Membership Agreement. BenzWorld.org
is a free service and is available to all individuals who agree to abide by this
Membership Agreement. BenzWorld.org reserves the right to change the terms of
this Membership Agreement at any time. If a change relates to an undertaking or
agreement by you, your use of
BenzWorld.org after you receive notice of such change will constitute your
acquiescence to such change; otherwise, changes will be effective when made. As
described below, members who violate this Membership Agreement may be banned
permanently from using BenzWorld.org.
Member Identification and Use of Registration Data
As part of the registration process, you must select a user name. You must
maintain only one user name as long as you are a member of BenzWorld.org. The
information that you supply during the registration process must be accurate
and complete and you agree to not (i) register under the name of another person;
(ii) choose a user name that BenzWorld.org deems offensive; or (iii) adopt
a user name for the purposes of deceiving or misleading BenzWorld.org members
and/or staff
of your true identity. Furthermore, you agree to not impersonate any other
BenzWorld.org member, or BenzWorld staff. Your
registration information will remain private from the general membership with
the exception of your user name, unless you change your registration information
to public information in your member profile.
Content Management
While BenzWorld.org has no obligation to monitor our forums, we do our best
to monitor them nonetheless. However, since we do not monitor on a "real
time" basis, you may see content that is objectionable before we do. Please
report objectionable content to the forum's host.
BenzWorld.org reserves the right to review any Postings and to remove or refuse
to post any Postings in its sole discretion.
You understand that the content within BenzWorld.org is based on individual
opinion and experience, which may vary significantly from one person to
the next. BenzWorld.org does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any
posting or other content in BenzWorld.org. You agree that BenzWorld.org is not
responsible for the accuracy of the content of
the forums or publications, and will not be liable for any damages incurred as a
result of the submission or use of any such content.
SPAM and Unsolicited Advertising
All SPAM and unsolicited advertising on any of BenzWorld.org's resources
will be deleted without notice. Posting to more than one forum with the
same content is considered SPAM. Unsolicited advertising is consisted of
direct and indirect advertising. Indirect advertising is defined as
messages which contain your company name and/or logo in your username, email,
subject or message. Only advertisers and sponsors are permitted to do so.

Member Conduct
BenzWorld.org welcomes all points of view on automotive matters. However,
although interactions within BenzWorld.org forums occur in cyberspace, everyday
manners apply. Please respect and interact with fellow members as you
would in any public arena. You may not submit Postings that are indecent,
profane (including masked profanity), obscene, pornographic, abusive,
threatening, misleading, illegal or defamatory, or any material that infringes
the rights of others or interferes with the ability of others to enjoy
BenzWorld.org.
In addition, we do not tolerate harassment, or denigration based on age,
gender, race, religion, national origin, sexual orientation or disability. If
you wish to take issue with the statements of other members or staff, please
engage in healthy, mature debate and not immature behavior or name-calling.
Civility and respect underlie the success of an on-line community such as
BenzWorld.org. While we want to maintain an inviting environment for all
members, disruptive conduct,
such as off-topic comments in a topic-oriented discussion, is not allowed.
From time to time we may communicate with you personally concerning your
participation in the forums or related matters. Those communications are not
intended to be made public, and you agree not to post those communications on
BenzWorld.org or elsewhere on the Internet.
Illegal Activities
BenzWorld.org does not allow the promotion of illegal conduct, activities or
fraudulent schemes in BenzWorld.org's forums.
Specifically, you may not advocate illegal conduct, such as driving under the
influence of alcohol or drugs. Furthermore, you agree to not engage in any
illegal activity in connection with your Postings.
Ownership of Your Postings
By submitting content to BenzWorld.org, you are permanently granting all
rights to your Postings, including the copyright interest in your Postings and
the right to modify your Postings, and to use them commercially or in any other
way deemed appropriate by BenzWorld.org.
You are also assigning to BenzWorld.org the right to seek to enjoin third
parties from using or reproducing your Postings. You agree not to assert any
copyright or other proprietary right in your Postings and that BenzWorld.org may
attribute your Postings to you.
Termination of Membership
You agree that BenzWorld.org, in its sole discretion, may terminate your
password, account (or any part thereof) or use of the Service, and remove and
discard any Content within the Service, for any reason, including, without limitation.
BenzWorld.org may also in its sole discretion and at any time discontinue providing the Service, or any part thereof, with or
without notice. You agree that any termination of your access to the Service
under any provision of this TOS may be effected without prior notice, and
acknowledge and agree that BenzWorld.org may immediately deactivate or delete
your account and all related information and files in your account and/or bar
any further access to such files or the Service.
Further, you agree that BenzWorld.org shall not be liable to you or any third-party
for any termination of your access to the Service.
In the event this should occur, you agree not, to re-register as a member of BenzWorld.org.
You understand that BenzWorld.org may exercise this right in its sole
discretion.
Indemnity
By accessing and utilizing this site, you agree to indemnify and hold BenzWorld.org, its assignees, affiliates, representatives and moderators,
or other partners and employees, harmless from any claim or demand and all losses, liability, damages and expenses including reasonable attorneys' fees and costs made by any third party due to or arising out of content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your connection to the Service, your violation of the TOS, or your violation of any rights of another.

Choice of Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New York without regard to the conflicts of laws rules of any jurisdiction. Every dispute concerning the interpretation or effect of this Agreement and/or your use of the Site must be resolved in the state or federal courts situated in the State of New York. You agree to the personal jurisdiction, subject matter jurisdiction, and venue of these courts.
