GLK250 OEM Cargo/Trunk Cover length short?

I just purchased an OEM Cargo/Trunk cover for GLK250.

But it is short! It's not covering the entire cargo/trunk area, so you can literally see what's below it from outside rear window.

Can anyone tell me if this is normal, or I bought a wrong one?

Thanks.

Thanks. Please see the attached on how this looks like (I couldn't take it from outside because of the glare. It looks like the angle in which I took the photo seems to be the best as taking the photo directly from the rear seat doesn't show the gap). I checked the part number and it is X204 810 0209, not 0309.

If possible, can you also upload a photo of your own too, so I can purchase the right one?

Thanks a lot.

*Sorry the picture was flipped..

I just came back from the MB dealer and got the following confirmation:

GLK has two cargo area options: Normal and Extended.

Normal size requires 0209, whereas extended size requires 0309.

Using my VIN, my GLK needed 0309.

So it's always good to check/buy parts after you check with your VIN # first.

I hope this helps.

Good to know. Very weird that there is no indication whatsoever of this in their own systems! It must be one of those secrets that is only passed down, from father to son, around the camp fire...in song. [emoji38]
