Upgraded my GL wheels to the 20" wheels from an 09 GL320. Was told that all the new wheels had TPMS. Left tire place and no TPMS light so I thought everything was good. Drove about 15 miles and TPMS light came on saying "Tire Pressure Monitoring inoperable". It doesn't give me an option to reset or do anything. Does this mean none of my wheels have TPMS? Does it mean 1 failed? Trying to figure out what I need to do without going on a wild goose chase.
the made contact with me albeit 4 days after my numerous attempts. one of the wheels was fitted with a basic rubber valve by mistake. they've posted me a tpms for that wheel. i'll have it fitted this weekend and hopefully that gets rid of the tpms light
