OZ AS7 19" Wheels: Where's offset and fitting w208?

My friend has a set of OZ 19" wheels he had for his 2004 s430 4Matic that was totaled recently. I am trying to find out if they will fit my w208 (2002 CLK 430) but couldn't find the offset. On my Brabus wheels (and most other rims) the offset is on the back with "et" before the number, but I couldn't find that here. I took large pics so you can see the info on the back. What I could see is "AS7" and "Jx19H2e". Here are the pics:

Can someone tell the offset? The tires are 245/40 ZR19. Will they fit my w208? If so would/should I get something to adjust to the new rims (ie. adjustable control arms)? If not would I be able to get a spacer or adapter to fit them? And last question; they are in decent shape, maybe 7/10, tires worn out pretty good, any idea on a fair price?

Thanks guys this really helps me out!

The OZ Galileo III.

At a glance they look like et35ish. Price wise if not bent and judging by condition of the one photo, $400 to $1000. New old stock with tires will set you back $5000+

Awesome thanks, you're the man! Any idea if they will fit on my w208 with that offset and tire size? Any other mods needed or suggested?
