Power loss on 316 2002

My 316 has lost power, still starts and drives but very down on power. Can hear the turbo spinning up but seems like iam not getting any charge pressure to the inlet manifold. Have checked the fault codes and get P1470 'CHARGE PRESSURE POSITIVE CONTROL (CHARGE PRESSURE LOW)'. Have checked all the boost pipes and intercooler for leaks/splits, have also checked turbo shaft for play/damage, have checked vac pipes and all appear ok. Can any one help????

Thanks will give him a call, have fixed the lack of power prob, turned out to be the turbo boost control valve located under the air box. However my eberspacher heater booster needs some work so will defo give him a call Thanks
