Sprinter 311 no throttle response help!!

Got a 311CDi to start with the engine would loose power when you took your foot of the pedal and then put it back down, it would take 5ish seconds for the power to return. If you dipped the clutch with the gas pedal down the engine still does not rev up. It was doing this in all gears and speeds.

We have fitted a new pedal & crank & cam sensors, and fuel filter not too long ago.

The van was running great for 100 miles then it started again, now when cruising at speed like 60mph and you slightly adjust the throttle it looses power for approx 5 seonds and the power returns. It is as if you are not pressing down the throttle. Only seems to do this as speed in 5th gear.

might be worth pluging in and checking the live date to see what your throttle pedel is doing, ie maybe it is faulty.

a new pedal has been fitted, the code (on our own scanner) that keeps coming up is cam sensor but this has been replaced.
