van tstopped and EDC light was on plugged it into computer mercedes said it was a valve spoke to mechanic and he said this was unlikley and told me to check the wiring leading from beside the battery to the fuel rail all the sensors on the engine turns out had been opened up before there was 4 wires that had allready been repaired the one from the pressure sensor was broken caused by the bracket that holds the loom it has no protection on it and wears threw the outer cover joined wire light went out and away see went . the guy said he has had a lot off these. it would be a good idea to have this covered with a rubber sleave or something before you are caught out . 211 cdi mwb 2003 2.2i
