Fault code P1351 ??

Surely someone has encountered fault code 1351 before. (Start of injection control loop faulty) is so please please let me know your solution of idea on it.

Have seen this fault only once before. Initially the vehicle would not run. numerous faults in the fuel pump. Fitted a reconditioned fuel pump and this fault appeared. After checking pump time and again and practically changing every part on the van with a donor vehicle I sent the pump back to the reconditioners. I put a piece of plastic inside the end cap to see if they did anything to it and they rang me a said they bench tested it and it was ok and that the problem was elsewhere. I asjed them if the had pulled it apart to check it they said no as there was no need because it tested fine. They told me they would not charge me as a favour. On the pumps return i removed the end cap to find my plastic was gone and new bolts fitted. I refitted the pump and the vehicle ran as good as new. Hope this helps.
