412D problem

HI all Im a newbee. Ive just replaced the head gasket on my 412D and although its running it seems to be lacking power as if the turbo wasnt working, Fine for running about town but lacks power and acceleration above 40mph. Auto electrician has checked and found fault P1351(Start of injection control loop faulty) Anyone got any ideas ,help or advice.

Dunno if this will help but my 311 had a problem once and i thought it was the turbo as it had no power but it turned out that the big hose at the top of the engine had a split in it, once i changed it, it was fine.
May not be your problem but it's worth a look.
