Australia (especially in the outback) is known for having dirty diesel compared to Europe. My family have just purchased a 313CDI and I have been told to always carry a spare Fuel filter and a Lt of diesel to recover from a batch of dirty fuel.
Other than changing the fuel filter on a more regular basis and not using bio diesel is there anything else I should be doing to avoid engine shut down.
I have been told not to use a second filter as some 4x4 drivers do as this could create problems also.
