Hi i have not long had my 311 cdi sprinter on a 51 reg a few times it has taken a long time to start but was investigating a chufing noise and found one of the injectors leaking ran up with top of the inlet manifold off for about one min and the engine cut out and wont start,I have removed the injector and replaced the copper washer and re assembled it put inlet manifold back together but it wont start just turns over no lights up on dash
any ideas??
seems to be fuel up to the injectors under pressure.

I have many years of experience on these cdi engines, dont start playing with them, there are ways to track the faults, I have many happy customers for whom I have sorted the problems.
1 st the chances of all injectors being faulty are slim to none, its usualy just one, which i can normally diagnose over the phone. forget fault codes they just throw you off the scent. I look forward to hearing from you guy, or type sprinter ecu into ebay and find me there.
