Hello just joined the forum,and need your expert help.
I have just aquired a 1999 310d,Lwb.
one of my main reasons for choosing one of these was that it would have a greated turn of speed than my old 2.5 transit and other other van which is a 308 plodder.
alas the 310 is flat out at 65mph empty,and dosent seem to rev as high as the other afore mentioned vans.
Question,should it be capable of a greater turn of speed than 65mph,and if so why wont it.its an old van with 200k on the clock,what can i do to make it cruise at 70?easily.
and whilst i have your attention,there is also a problem with the heater blower not working, only a small amount of hot air coming in while on the move. have checked fuses all ok.many thanks in advance.
