sprinter gears jump

hey man, i get a problem.please help!
the captioned vehicle was abnormal.no fault code presents in ssg module.
the gears jump from auto mode to manual mode at gear 4 ro 5 when driving.
but the manual mode work normally.
gearshift hydraulic unit was replaced.and the oil pressure was okay.
we found the closing position of clutch was abnromal.below the normal range.
and the learn clutch closing point could not be completed.a message about the mechanism fault appears.
No idea about this case !!!!

Hi take it you've got sprintshift? I had a problem with mine end of last year, it would jump out of 1st gear and after a lot of money spent (over £1500 with merc dealer) I fitted a service exchange box from merc at a cost of just over £800 very easy to fit less than an hour. Ive not had, touch wood, any problems since. So my advice is dig deep and fit a new gearbox.
