Sprinter 310D Indicator fault

Hi all,

I've got a 1999 Mercedes Sprinter 310D van with a fault on the indicators (flashers).

When turning left there is a horrible buzzing noise from the left hand relay located under the steering column and the indicators fail to light. Replacing this relay has not solved the problem.

Is there another relay (presumably a flasher relay located somewhere?) that could be causing this?

Sorry, should have mentioned that the hazards work fine, showing there's no fault with the wiring to the indicators themselves down that side.
