216 CDI Boost problem

I have a problem with this. Doesn't matter if the engine's hot or cold, been on a run for a while or short trip, sometimes the boost disappears. After the ignition is switched off & engine restarted, it's ok again, but you never know for how long. Sometimes stops working again after a few miles or could be a few hundred. I'm now used to it to the point I switch it off while driving, wait a few seconds & restart the engine whilst still moving! Not good on an uphill part of a motorway with a trailer on the back! It's very irritating & when Mercedes plug it in to their computer, they say there's nothing wrong. Has anyone any bright ideas?

...And i am sure that you can not go over 80km..It is like a safety mode situation and the cause could be a regulating valve. It is not a bright idea maserati...!Just check it.Good luck!
