Many thanks for that i had exactly that problem but the mot station advised my ball joints have since taken the article to him which he read with interest and some anoyance as he hadnt known about it he rechecked my balls and told me they were fine.

Hoooodoggey! You Brits have to put up with a lot of s**t. Vehicle inspections? Failing for lose ball joints? Damn. Glad to say that at least out there in the wild west part of the colonies, we don't allow the government to stick their noses in our business. We ain't got no damn vehicle inspections.
