not sure know there different for steel and alloy wheels, I do mine F/T, but if you call your local commercial tyre depot they will be able to tell you straight away.

Found it. Steel wheels 190 to 210 Nm. Now just need a torque wrench and hopefully the wheels will stay connected to the vehicle, unlike my mate's, whose fell off on the motorway and had the embarrassment of blocking 2 carriageways for a while.

Excellent post
I also had the steering pump go. The alternator, an injector popped out twice and all four subsequentially changed, the radio aerial seal leaks when it rains, ball joints changed at least once a year, the wiring loom on the right of the engine got worn where it is tied to the chassis and the engine went into limp mode. Finally the gear linkage cable snapped so the new sprinter is arriving on tuesday.

Its a 01 311 with 190,000 miles UK import as they never sold the 311 in Ireland

Electrical problem

Hello all,
I have a 2002 313cdi LWB passenger van that just started showing a new electrical problem. In heavy downpours the EDC light comes on then the entire electrical system shuts off and won't resume until the rain lessens. Any help would be much appreciated!!!

Post Fan belt

Hello all. I have a problem and was wondering could anyone shed any light on it. When the van is idle a strange sound starts to come from the engine and I think it has something to do with the belt. I had the belt tensioner replaced a few months back but the sound from the engine was never the same since. In the last week it has started to get worse and last night I realised that the sound changed when I turned on the full beams, making me think it has something to do with the belt/alternator. Any ideas? When I start to drive the sound goes away, although she's not driving as well as usual.
