Hi. There are two relays located under the driver's seat riser (at the front) that need to be removed (with battery disconnected, press brake pedal to discharge SRS system). You need to remove the two torx screws and move the particleboard cover a bit and possibly unplug the seatbelt receiver cable. They should be clearly marked.
The service manual only describes this procedure in general.
Alternately, there is supposed to be a setting in the instrument cluster computer to turn off the DRLs but you would need to go to a dealer.
