EDC diesel

My sprinter would loose power.switch it off and start it, it would work fine.Eventually it use to have starting problems. Use to start using cold start spray. Ebentually stopped completely. Got injectors changed locally, that problem solved until it started cuttin out every time u put ur foot down. EDC light on. Mercedes now said vacuum transducer and som oil thingy needed change. Now reving ok and pull better but EDC still on. Very confused!!!!! Mercedes think problem in wiring by mechanics who changed injectors.

Try your regulator at the end of the high pressureline from the high pressure pump. The o- rings do waer and there is a pressure drop in the line and the edc picks it up. Can also be the top of the pump leaking. Easliy spotted from the front of the pump if there is a leak in it, but try the o - rings first.
