After 3000 miles we are still only getting 20MPG? Any ideas where to start. Most people are claiming to get closer to 30. We have tried to drive with easy accelleration and still makes no difference.
I run the piss out of mine, and I get 24.5 most of the time.
It's a 140 cargo van, basically not loaded (just fishing gear and two pitbulls inside), and I drive it like a car. My advice is to forget that "easy accel" stuff and put your foot down

We have a standard 118 size passenger Van
thanks,
I got 25.6 mpg pretty much right out of the box and mine is the RV conversion so it's heavier than an unladen Sprinter. When towing 5000 lbs (911 + car hauler) I got 18 mpg. That's with a heavy right foot. Mine is the tall roof long wheelbase 158" version. Oh yeah and I started towing with it the day I bought it. I dunno, bring it to the dealer and have them hook it up to diagnostics.

I'm getting a consistent 16mpg on my 3500 dually Itasca class C motorhome. I'm hoping that will improve after a break-in period. Of course this motorhome has the aerodynamics af a palette of bricks!
Correct me if i am wrong, but that is Sebring raceway. I have been there an i am sure i have seen that car. I hang out with the Foreign Affiars group.
Yes, you probably know me! I used to run the DE program for PCA Suncoast Region, plus I think I've had one of you guys years ago when I was getting my blue->yellow checkout ride. Plus I think I borrowed a tool from one of you guys at the last DE. Talk to you soon. Oh yeah, I sold the Sprinter, used it for the downpayment on my 4 bedroom house.
