Service level D & experience at dealers

My '06 R350 is telling me that I am overdue for service D - does anyone know what this involves and what the cost may be? Also, I am in the Youngstown, OH area and near a few dealers located in Pittsburgh, PA; Akron/Canton, OH and Cleveland, OH. I would appreciate any feedback on the experiences members may have had with dealers in these markets before I make a service appointment with one.

thanks!

I live in Pittsburgh and service my R500 at Bobby Rahal Mercedes in Wexford which is fairly close to Youngstown, OH. So far I have been pleased with their customer service. I never had to do service D yet, so I can't comment. I would call them and ask for a quote. Also ask them if they will pick up your car and give you a loaner given you are further out from the Pittsburgh area. I know they have a limit on how far they will go.
