I have a 2008 R350, and I beleive I have the halogen lights. I have the premium 2 package and the dealer said the bi-xeons were in the premium 3 package. I'm trying to figure out if I could convert the lights to the bi-xeons. Or if there is a way to get brighter halogens that won't mess up the variable focus. Thanks.
There are several threads in the R class forum and many others elsewhere in the broader forum that will provide some of the answers and insights you're looking for; however, rather than start a new thread on this, I recommend that you scroll through the forum and also do a search - you'll find what you are looking for
(by the way, search for "xenons", not xeons (the xeons are a master race of aliens from the C2R5 galaxy)
i would recommend philips crystal vision plus or xtreme power. i have them for low and high and it's bright enough for me for night driving.
i saw some posts comparing the low beam cutoff between converted and oem xenons. imo the converted one seems to have a bit of glaring.
