So, does that mean if one installs it by oneself, MB won't get in a snit with warranty issues?
The unit is plug-in and the installation can be completely reversed with no signs it was ever there. Go look at the install documents and videos at their site.
Thanks, ferrarif401. I finally realized you have to angle in toward the unit when pushing between the wood and molded vinyl -- popped right out. The install was pretty straight forward and everything works great, though I have yet to get my wife's Moto W385 to download it's contact list whereas my BlackBerry 8820 downloaded the list right away. Hmmm.
your welcome, jameyj69. i also tried a moto razr to sync the contact list but it hasn't worked yet. the iphone and my windows mobile phone had no problems sending the contact list. maybe it has something to do with the way moto stores them? let me know if you get it working.
