Good Deal on a 2008 r 350???

MBusa has a 2008 R 350 4matic for $519 mo/ 33 months and $4064 down.
Does sound like a good deal or do you think I can get a better one?

According to the site, it has P1 package.....I know the $519 doesn't incl tax, fees, so it will be more like $550 mo. I think??

Also, I noticed at lease end there is a $595 fee...

I appreciate you advice, since I was looking at a 2008 MDX, but not impressed by the ride and noise level inside.

im currently getting ready to sign the following deal:

MSRP: $53.610
08 R350 4Matic
White/Macadamia
P2 Package
Ipod Kit
Heated Seats

420/month 33 months
2100 OTP with MD Tax (5%)
12,000 miles a year.

its not easy, but the way i got to this deal is cause i convinced this deal that another dealer was giving me employee pricing (takes $5000 off your lease, not the MSRP, which really brings the payment down). at first the dealer is gonna be confused at to how u got these numbers but then you tell him about the EDP (employee discount pricing) and then he'll talk to his manager and once the manager approves it, it'll work out. be aware, only big dealerships will do this, this is going to be my 3rd R350..i've done it with the first two last month

(a) your MSRP numbers are not adding up: The 2008 R350 4Matic ($45,175) + White/Macadamia ($0) + P2 ($7,850) + Heated Seats ($710) adds up to $54,110!
(b) Now you are saying that the dealer first calculated the standard lease monthly payments based on the MSRP of $54,110. Then he calculated the sum total monthly payments over the lease term from which he backed out $5K and recalculated your monthly payment which came out to $420
(c) Does your $420 monthly payment include the 5% tax
(d) Did not quite get what you meant by OTP, I have heard of out the door? Can you please break up the $2,100, I need to know how much of that is your inital downpayment or 'capital cost reduction'?
