HI, i have a 2007 R350, i am trying to put a navigation unit in, does anybody know how do i remove the wood trim around the command radio unit? so i can take the unit out. thanks alot
Look at the Adding a navigation system thread - you might find what you need. You will also need to install an antenna splitter by the teleaid module under a rear seat to get the nav conneted to the satellite antenna. I did the same thing as you (added a nav system after getting the car) but I ended up having my dealer install it. It cost about $500, but then all is under warranty.
