I purchased my R in December and about two weeks ago received from JD Power their 2007 Vehicle Quality Survey. This is a fairly detailed 8 page survey asking vehicle purchasers for info ranging from price paid, other vehicles considered toThings Gone Wrong, What You Like and Don't Like, Overall Quality and info about yourself.
After 3 months and 5000 miles I honestly don't have a lot of issues with the vehicle. The problems I did have included a loose interior rearview mirror, intermittent rough idle and front passenger seat that would not adjust fore or aft due to a bent rail. All of these were fixed by the dealer.
The major item I reported that would like to see changed/improved
is the NAV system which is improved over previous versions but is (in my opnion) not in the same league as systems from Lexus or Acura.
How many others have received and completed the JD Power survey and what did you say?
