The most current Automotive News lists R class sales for the month of January 2007 at 838 compared to 686 sales for January 2006.
These R Class sales numbers are about one-third of the M Class and about one-half of the GL. Admittedly January vehicle sales are almost always soft compared to December and other months, but do you think Mercedes is in for the long haul with the R Class?
