nice!
i guess you'll be the first around these parts...
which kit are you considering?
apparently, the H&R kit hasn't landed on US shoes as of yet. But some importers have been receiving them.
The Eibach kit is the wrong model number on the website, sharing the same model number as the ML kit.
I can't wait to hear your review of the front springs with the self-leveling rear.

Why not lower it the correct way. The Airmatic system can be manipulated without modifications to the acutal components. Ok, if your airmatic system fails, where will your car sit? SLAMMED TO THE GOUND, correct?
Take advantage of the systems ability, use a lowering module, tap into the vehicle ride height parameters, modify them and get up to 50mm of slammed to the ground effects.
You assume everyone has Airmatic? Also the module is very expensive compared to $300 (parts and install) for springs... My goal is not to "SLAMM TO THE GROUND" but to lower the center of gravity, loose those insane gaps (yes I know its 4matic) between the tire and the wheel well top and make the truck look a little more agressive.
ps. an update on my spring order... I am dealing with a middleman who portrayed themselves as "in stock, and on hand ready to ship" dealers. The reality is that they are false advertisers and even though I paid a preminum for overnight shipping they have ignored my email for a tracking #. This is the first "bad deal" I have had in over 5 years of sucessfull purchasing on ebay. I WOULD ADVISE NONE OF YOU PURCHASE FROM THE MERCHANT WHO IS SELLING R-CLASSS H&R LOWERING SPRINGS ON ebay.... 15 available is the BS that they seem to place on most of their auctions. Looking at their rating on ebay also show that many people have found the same deceptive strategy coupled with "backorderd" issues for items that are "15 available, in stock" BS. Thats all I will say. I keep my fingers crossed that they may show up next week...

Ok, ok,.... I did not mean to offend you. Would like to see how your job turns out.
After admitting to not having inventory on hand and an estimated 8 week delay... Canceled order as of yesterday. Will have to find other options... Any ideas? Can the shims be adjusted on a R?
John at CEC here in Los Angeles has the Brabus kit (front springs and connecting rods for the rear) for $650.00, non-airmatic of course. Lowers all 4 corners 1.5 inches. You can reach him at (310) 203-3900.
