Perhaps benz will offer this (maybe on the AMG?).... The silver accent trim on the steering wheel and center console etc. is a nice fresh look to complement the classic wood trim of the modern R styling. However MB forgot (again maybe with the AMG or 07+) the vents... Well no more on my R!
I paid a local shop to copy to the exact detail (even down to the very thin clear coat finish) of the silver finish of the MB trim parts to all of the front vents... Its a metallic powder bond process.
I think it completes the aesthetic look of the cabin. I have had a lot of complements from passengers and when parked. What do you think....
BTW, in your first pic, is the display showing the song selection of your cd player, iPod, or radio?
