Does anybody know how can I replace the Hood plain disc emblem with the Mercedes Projected Hood Star emblem? Part number? website reference? instructions?
I believe it's relatively easy, just be careful because it's spring-loaded! I changed mine on my C-Class from ornament star to disc in less than a minute. Make sure to post pics when you're done, I'm curious to view the results!

I'm sure the dealer can help you with it. However, I bought mine from Parkplace Motor Cars: http://parkplacemotorcars.stores.yahoo.net/ They have installers you can speak with and seem to be very enthusiastic about accessories...that's what they do!
