Front license plate mount?

The front plate mount on my R350 is shaped like a pyramid! How on earth am I going to mount the plate?

Do I have to bend it?

What if I want a nice plate frame?

What was MB thinking?

Any suggestions?

Dont worry, I was able to put the nice heavy MB license plate frame on. You just screw down one side and then slightly bend the plate until the screw catches and then crank down on it. It will mold itself, my looks great!
