tranny worries

I am picking up my R500 this Saturday (10/15) and I am very concerned about everything I am reading about the transmission. They are prepping the car now and I was wondering if there is anything I can tell the dealer to look for, change, etc in respect to the tranny problem. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Not all of the tranny's have this problem. You have to drive it for a while to figure out whether or not it has a problem. But it doesn't hurt to ask the dealer to check it for any problems.

Pick up that beauty and enjoy it...if there is a problem (which there will probably not be) worry about it when it happens.

Like to see some pictures when you get it. I cancelled my order for my R but am still and a fan of the model.

Thanks, Jack. I was at the dealship this morning for another issue and inquired if they knew about the problem. The service mgr. said they did, that it was software problem and has since been resolved.

I understand you have had health issues. I hope you are feeling better.
