I have had it about a week or so. LOVE IT!! I should, I went from a '03 Hummer! My wife really likes the vehicle. I live in a small town and thus this thing has turned several heads. Most are very impressed with the room it has inside once you look in it. That is what sold me. Also, I drove the 350 and then drove the 500 and personally I had to have the 500. It really wasn't the power difference, the 350 has good power...however, when I went to pass someone I heard the engine rev in the 350. In the 500, it just took off!!!
Have ordered chrome wheels, basically had to have them made due to the high offset that this vehicle has. Should be in early next week. Will look good as my 500 is black with all options available!
You should post picture when you get the chromes...on black it should be a killer. Also you should post on MBWorld W251 forum...a lot of interest on that forum. If you don't know the URL let me know.
Any news on the factory built in DVD Video system in R an ML? Here in Sweden we have not seen the R class yet but it will show up in a couple of months...
This is the only thing that we miss from our 2003 Honday Odyssey. Apparently "delayed availability" of the DVD system means something like "maybe we'll get it done by the time the 2007 models come out".
