That's a shame!!.. of course you could always "go back" to XP like millions of others or..... maybe have a little XP laptop that can travel with the B....
"when and if" you need it.

Please define "fine"

I understand that the new version is actually Windows friendly.

Bill,

I've never had a glitch with my WIS.....and you know that we have the same one.

It must be a "difference/problem" at your computer....and I don't mean you.

Derek

Soon the rainy (monsoon) season will be coming to the coast and with the help of a large pot of coffee I'll try again. When it was working it did have lots of information that it reluctantly gave out and I printed them as files on my computer.

An IT guy once said the most problems occur just beside the keyboard.

Bill,

I did not make a loop. I only use it with the internet connected and it then works fine.

The old one certainly isn't user friendly sometimes you feel you could throw it out of the Window (is that being windows friendly )
