Rear Bumper Removal

A request has been made on how to remove the rear bumper info here :-

It looks easy Keith and I know you did it for the rear sensors. But how long will it take to remove, just in case I ever get really ambitious and want the sensors myself.

A bit more info re bumper showing what it is like.

The first shown PDF is of the A169 but procedure is the same no other pictorial info is available for the B.

For further written info refer to my earlier thread re fitting of rear sensors which was compiled from info kindly supplied by trout

Sorry I have no idea on the rear bumper removal on the ML suggest that you either do as Bill says or get a workshop manual DVD off somwhere like Ebay

I purchased a European hitch for our 2008 and I could use the rear bumper removal instructions if anyone has them. Thanks.

Thanks Mike, once I get it I will convert it to 1-1/4" receiver and post a how to for others who require a bike/hitch carrier set-up.
