| CDN B-Class sales slipping a bit
June 2008 saw 292 B-Classes sold in Canada versus 407 the year before. Still, the year-to-date is about the same, at 1530 against 1516, respectively.
I had been wondering why the shipments of 2008 models stopped so early but now I know why. That said, more 2008 models are in Canada than 2006 or 2007 cars.
For comparison, the C-Class sold 845 times in June. But in June 2007, twice as many B-Classes were sold as C-Classes!
Time to bring over the diesels??
