Exclamation Touch-up paint question

Washed the car yesterday and notice hair line to medium size scratches and chips on the bumper and lower body (metal part). I ordered a touch-up paint from dealer a while back. The color doesn't quite match especially on the bumper. I asked the dealer and he said the color should match when it completely dry. Is it because the bumper is not metal? Is it fiberglass or plastic?

I remember it took me four trips to the body shop for them to perfect match the paint for the spoiler. They did some paint testing to determine the amount of metallic and paint.

I want to order a spray can that can easily apply on bigger scratch and won't leave a mess but dealer offer offer touch-up pen (brush).

I know any body shop can mix paint based on color code. I was searching online and find this company. They offer spray can for B-class. Any tried them? They list paint as color clearcoat, primer and base coat. MB touch-up paint comes with a color and a clear coat pen. What is the difference between them? Any comment if I should stick with MB or try elsewhere?

I had my paint ( for fog light surrounds & aerial base to colour code to the body) mixed up to match the M/B colour mine is slightly darker but I have not used a base coat which would probably account for it. The M/B paint would probably give you the best colour match as when they mix the paints (they do it in front of you) the measures of the different colours aren't all that exact. The colour is made up of several different colours, many of which you would not think would be in your colour paint & I have listed these in an earlier post. I must get round to putting on the clear top coat. M/B do make an aerosol can of touch up spray but I don't know if they export it to Canada, see if your parts man will order it for you.

Korva Collision is good but expensive. I found two mobile services. Any idea if they are good? They are cheaper than any body shop.

On the subject of bumper colour difference, I noticed this a couple of days after having the car while it was in the garage. The side door lines up with the front of the car and as i walked up to the garage i noticed a slight difference to that of the main body of the car, i asked a friend who works for a body shop and he confirmed its nothing to worry about its because the density of the plastic is different to the metal and the paint although out of the same machine will show differenty in different lighting conditions. When the car is out in the sun i don't see any difference.

Any ideas how much a touch up pen from MB will cost? i got my first stone chip on sunday, off side pasenger door, SUV spun up some stone's on the M1 through the road works at Junction six. I wish people would drive at a slower speed as directed through road works! He showed no respect!!!!
