I'm surprised that you did not take the Super Bee Decal off the show car My brother - in- law used belong to the Winnipeg 567 Club and drove a 57 Chevy so your picture brings back memories. (You had to own a 55, 56 or 1957 Chevy to belong)
I think most members in B.C. have attended the Steamworks Car show in Gas Town Steamworks Concours d'Elégance - Home Page . The show is a great example of fine motor cars and a reason to visit B.C. in late summer. We will have to hope for some older M/B to be in the show and if so will post pic's.
I know that the pics were OFF-TOPIC but for many of us, these car shows always bring back such great memories, it's hard not to want to share them.
Derek
nothing is off topic if you make it the topic, or if you twist the old topic around.
Maybe someone has a photo of an old MB turned into a custom street rod. I can't imagine a MB with slicks but they said the Stanley Cup would always be Canadian. You would think that before Chrysler and MB parted ways, someone would have put a 426 Hemi into a B or at least a C Class.
With your help Bill, That's what I'm planning to do.
If I'd had known about your families 57, I would have taken those pics too.
They had a few 57 beauties at the show. The 63 split windows Vett's were better than showroom and very rare in this condition.
