That is the wheel that comes as part of the Sports pack in the UK as on my old B, Derek, I assume yours is probably like my new one without the alloy covering on the spokes. This is the part I think one of the members (sorry I've forgotten your handle) had replaced in an earlier post.

By the way Derek how is your snow ??

Thanks For asking Keith! yes mine is as you described.
We just had a blizzard that dumped 30 cm on us.

Now that I've got your attention......the very last clump of shoveled roof snow melted yesterday and it's amazing how quickly the flowers start to push out. The winters snow melted much faster that we thought it would.. ...TG

Oh!! and the black flies also started yesterday.

hmmmmm. . . .didn't realize that was an option across the pond. We Canadians get fixed type side mirrors which is a pain in the ever shrinking parking stalls in Richmond.

Derek

After washing your car just use the left over soapy water to clean the engine compartment. I always clean the engine bay and spray it down with water along with the rad and A/C condenser. Water will not hurt the engine nor small boys, despite rumours to the contrary. Would you go to the doctor's with dirty underwear??? Would you like the service mechanics to point at you behind your back?????

If I had the non turbo I would paint the air filter cover black to give a more finished look.

Keith and maulman

Your colour choice is very refined, but both of you should clean the front plate as it looks smeared.

maulman, what is that "antenna" at the front left bumper for? Is Polar Silver your color? It looks nicer in picture than in person. It was my first choice of color until I saw one in person. Too light for my liking.

Keith, nice chrome fog surround. Is it a stick-on job or is it a real part that need to take apart the whole bumper to install?
