Sounds like you've got nearly everything anyway. Looks a nice machine though.
You've even got a bit of our Canuck friends snow.
What's the 'High Visibility' option ??
Hi, actually for all the options I should have added an extra 10.000 EUR (Comand APS, leather seats, Harman Kardon speakers, alarm system, sport package, electric seats, ...)
The "High Visibility" option adds rain-sensing windshield wipers, headlamps automatic switch-on/off, and auto-dimming mirrors.
Ah my UK spec B200 CDI (SE) came with those 3 options already. (do wish I had the electric folding mirrors). Your front indicators look like the silver bulbed ones in your photos, are they ? or is it just the sun on the reflectors making them look that way.
There was no "sun" when the picture was taken
I'm not sure about the front indicators: I don't remember reading anything in the doc about it, so I guess these are the standard ones? I've checked closely and they are quite opaque, but apparently very slightly orange-ish... How are yours?
I bought the silvered bulbs from M/B & fitted them myself (I thinkthey were £10 or about €15) you can just see a very very feint orange, but mine are a couple of years old now. The standard ones are quite a bright orange, but although an M/B accessory I have never known of the silver ones being fitted to the car as standard. Look back at other members photos & you will see what I mean about the bright orange.
If anyone is considering changing to the silvered ones (I think it makes the light unit nicer looking) get the M/B ones as the cheap ones advertised on €bay have a very black looking silvering which can burn off if the indicators or especially the hazzard warning flashers are left on for some time. The others are half the price but nowhere near half as good as the Merc ones which I think are made by Philips. The cheap ones are also not as visible as the M/B ones which give roughly the same appearance in operation as the standard orange ones.
Yeah, I've seen pics of the bright orange ones, on mine it's definitely not bright orange, actually it really looks silver when looking at it from different angles.
Maybe it's standard with the Bi-xenon headlamps? Or is it part of my "Chrome package"? In the "Accessories" leaflet they talk about the silver ones being "chromed indicators"
The short license plate gave the story away So you folks aren't on Euro-plates yet? I'm going to be driving through B in a few weeks!
Nice option list, it's about what I would have chosen (minus the CVT) had some of those options been available on the B 200 here.
The Canadian cars all come with the comfort seat package, windowbags, rear cargo hatch 12V outlet, interior lighting package, chrome package etc etc....but the B 200 is not offered with Xenon lights, Thermotronic, folding mirrors are not available either.
I did get heated seats, lamella sunroof, alarm...and metallic paint, I think that's it.
