M/B supply the trims with a strip of some form of double sided tape (about 5mm wide) in the middle of the inner side of the trim. I was not happy at all with this method of fixing as they could drop off easily (M/B won't care as they will be happy to sell you another pair). I have used silicone sealant on mine to help them stay on and also a small screw (belt & braces) just to make sure and also to keep them in the exact postion whilst the sealant is setting. The screw hardly notices and gives only a small detraction to the look but great peace of mind that they are on securely
